Now the thing is where? Uhwarrie was pretty good(for the short time I was there lol) but someone else mentioned a different place that may be a little farther away, not a big deal since I will be towing the bike either way. I am towing it with my land yacht that I also plan to sleep in since its dry

Uwharri is great, backpacking the Uwharri trail next weekend.
Another idea is... Twin Valley Riders holds a rally in mid Sept., BBQ, blue grass, great riding area with multiple guided rides. It is at Willville in Meadows of Dan. Full Facilities for those who need/prefer them.

Uhwarrie is great, but if you want to have a beer, you have to camp in the primitive ones. The one we camped in last year was on the block to be closed.

Willville is great! I love that place. Also, Old Gillim Mill in Sanford is supposed to be nice. The guys over on Soviet Steeds moved their Carolina rally there this year, after we had enough of the Lake Jordon Bureau of Investigation last year.

The Jeep guys from the Fayetteville area will be at Uwharrie the weekend of the 21st. Trails might be a little crowded.

I'm back, but only for a couple of weeks, them i'm out the door until mid-august. So while I'm willing to plan, I don't think I'm the best candidate.

Quoted From Mr. Parkers Post in the NCNCtar Game.

Let's keep the Meet and Greet for Sunday August 25th at High Noon (Poor Farmer's Market). If anyone is going to church come on later (but let us know when). There are plenty of riding in the area, including dual sport. Every ride can be looped. So If you are arriving late we can still meet up. Nothing is going to be organized. We can go for a group ride or multi-group rides about 1. Might even do a reconnaissance ride to see if we can locate RevBill? This will be kinda like herding cats (as it should be).
I plan on camping the night before (Sat)at Willville and I invite everyone to join me. Plan to do some riding Saturday (maybe up to Paint Bank). I believe RidingDonkeys is also camping.
The important thing is for everyone to meet. The NC-North-Central group is a great group of riders. For all you lurkers and members of other forums come on down (or up).
