cardoctor1-

Since this is the first I am hearing of your issue because you don't identify yourself with your real name, it's difficult to assist you. Here is what I would suggest:

1. Since we never leave any of our loyal customers stranded, contact me here by PM, email me at info@originalgripbuddies.com, or phone me up at 518-461-3003 and I will be happy to assist you with whatever problem you think you have.
2. If you previously contacted us, it is highly unlikely (but not impossible) that we didn't fall all over ourselves to help you with your issue. Just read up on our customer service or check around. Our customer service is second to none.
3. That being said, we realize that inevitably Murphy's law will kick in and something or someone will eventually slip through the cracks, regardless of how vigilant we are. If that is the case, civility dictates that you give us a chance to rectify your situation.
4. It sounds like you may have a set of the Original, older, sharkskin model, not the newer more-durable SUPER SHARKSKIN Model. When you contact me, please advise how many miles you have on your grips, and when you bought them. This will help me pinpoint which ones you got, and guide me as to how best to help you.

I want to impress on you again, that we never, ever leave a loyal customer of ours stranded, or without a more than satisfactory result for their customer service issue, so please contact me.

Respectfully,

Dave R.

No problem whatsoever. Glad to be of assistance. It's a straighforward process:

1. Define the problem
2. Figure out how best to help the customer
3. Help Him/Her
4. Ride, Ride, Ride

Above all, TAKE CARE of THE CUSTOMER!

Best,

Dave R.

Leslie!

Thanks for the vote of confidence. Hope you and C are doing well up north. National is still up in the air, but will advise of my plans.

Best,

Just saw Rider Magazine on Facebook write about these, and seeing you here on ADV clinched the sale. My new R1200GS I find the grips both too small and too slick - I constantly have to reposition my hand unless I grip harder than I want to. Sounds like these will help!

Are you going to be at the BMWMOA Rally? If not how do I order a set to replace the ones on my sidecar rig that have 13,000+ miles on them. I have worn the left hand one down to the original handgrip even after rotating them 90 degrees to change wear pattern? Going to your website looks like I have to order them from some out of state dealer.

We will be represented at the MOA rally by one of our excellent dealers, Adventure Designs. I'm sure they will be happy to fix you up.

In the event your need is more urgent than that, please advise of your location so I can direct you to a dealer close by, or arrange to send some right out to you. Feel free to email me at info@originalgripbuddies.com, or call me directly at 518-461-3003. I will be very happy to take care of your needs straight away.

Best,

Dave R.

Just got a set for my K75RT. Previous owner had wrapped grips with bicycle handlebar tape which was not bad until it started unwrapping after a couple of years use. Grip Buddies much cleaner looking and also more comfortable! Very quick shipment too!

Mark-II-

While I make no medical claims about my product, yet, I can tell you there is plenty of anecdotal evidence that they have helped significantly with folks struggling with the same dilemma you have. Please let us know here what you think, after you have tried my grips.

Best,

Dave R.

I'd like to hear what you think of your new OGB's?
Do they help?

RSVP,

Dave R.

Tried to order with PayPal and couldn't get through. An hour later David called me and had noticed I had placed an order that wasn't going through and he took my order and shipped it out that same day. Two days later they arrived and easy install and they are working like advertised. Great company, great customer service. A good model for other companies to copy.
