Question Louisville, KY to Mt. Pleasant/Charleston, SC--> Scenic route?

Good day, ADV'rs . . .
Since I will be doing my next visit to my family in SC solo, I want to make and adventure of it on my Burgman 400.
In the car, it is the usual I-75 out of Louisville into Tennessee, NC and then Rt. 26 all the way to Mt. Pleasant, SC.

Is there a scenic route that might sort of follow 75/26 that is not a lot of stop 'n go, and I might be able to maintain about 55mph for long stretches?

Im just not familiar enough with this part of the country to want to venture out without some guidance.

All wisdom, tips and opinions very much appreciated! TIA
