Question 4 day ride in early Aug advice

3 of us are rolling out of Cleveland Ohio on on a black Bird, FJR, & Tenere.
2 options for a Thurs to Sunday afternoon trip.
Really looking for curvy roads with out a lot of traffic. We have been on the Blue Ridge Parkway and was not what we are seeking. I am not a big fan of blind corners due to a near death experience last year on a corner with a milk truck at 5 am
A. ride to Lexington VA. Never been there and was told it makes a good base for riding. I was told VA has very large fines for speeding even 15 mph over would cost over $1000 and we do at times push it that far.
B. Ride 4 hours further and stay around Ashville NC. I have been in that area a few times and really like the roads SW of the city.

So anyone who can compare the riding between these areas and offer advice would be great.
