Help! broken windshield on 1150 on trip to Yellowknife

My buddies are on a trip from Salt Lake City to Yellowknife... actually on their way back now (I'm stuck at work in HI). Just out of Yellowknife a tip over at the gas station resulted in smashing the windshield on an R1150GS. Any help in acquiring a replacement would be greatly appreciated... New, Used, etc...

They are planning on heading west on Hwy 1 towards Laird River then southwest on 7, then 77 - 97 and back around to Fort Nelson - Dawson Creek... see route map.

SPOT tracking for current location!

Scott - on ride - leave text... 801-860-3354
email - scott@bogley.com

Me - in Hawaii and not on trip... 801-707-7715 call or text
email - sears.mike1@gmail.com

Any help from the inmates garage collections, or just a list of potential dealers would be helpful.

Thank you very much.

Stitch it up Frankienstien style with wire and thickened glue or 2 part JB weld this is what I did in Panama when a buzzard hit me, the repair lasted all the way back to Canada. Salt Lake is only 1500 miles or so, he could just ride home with no shield

If they go down 97 there is a BMW dealer in Kelowna

Thanks.. He gets home today... just rode it without the shield - calls it "old school".

I appreciate the comments and recommendations.
