Cool2 To everyone here: Safe Travels!

Stop and take that extra moment in your helmet before letting that clutch out to thank your wife, husband or significant other, family and loved ones for the opportunity to do what you love. Most of all thank God. And remember "You are where you're suppose to be all the time." Whether your standing arms stretched to the sky on top of Atiguin Pass after 4000mi or under your bike pulling porcupine quills out of your front tire after 20mi. Good or bad, it's the love of what you chose to do. Ride

If I were a mod...and not afraid of upsetting our right wing brothers .....I would punt this thread off to Jo Momma where it belongs......but then I come from a land where we had an umarried women publicly declared atheist as a prime minister for several years......and nobody gave a crap.....just saying....they gave a crap she lied a lot about other stuff....but religion never even came up.....as is normal for the rest of the world.

Agree with Canoeguy....this has no business being in Ride Reports.

Early one morning while driving in town an old woman made a right turn onto the road in front of me. I swerved left and just missed her left wing mirror. By chance we were headed to the same restaurant parking lot. When she saw me she declared: "The Lord was looking after you!". To which I replied: "What the fuck are you talking about? The fucker almost got me killed!"

Now can we consign this thread to the basement?

Bike Beatitudes: The Sermon on my Mount

Blessed are the poor on Triumph Sprints: for theirs is the United Kingdom.
Blessed are those who ride Moto Guzzis: for they need comforting.
Blessed are the Monkey Butters: for they will inherit the girth.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for radials: for they will be air filled.
Blessed are the master links: for they will be shown Maxima.
Blessed are the pure in head shake: for they will see God alright.
Blessed are the Panheads: for they will be called children of Quad.
Blessed are those who are persecuted for bikingness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of homologation.
