Question on Akrapovic install on 04 950S (Lots of pics inside)

So I bought me a used Akrapovic of Ebay that said it came off an 05 KTM 950 Adventure so I knew the pipe would work with my bike. The Exhaust mounting clamp is way different than the stock clamp. It came with a carbon Exhaust clamp and before I install it wrong or screw something up I want to make sure I install it correctly. So here is my question. First a pic of the Akra with the Carbon clamp and the stocker of the 950.

Ok the way I figured I would install this is just to buy a bolt than the stock bolt and put a stop nut (Nyloc nut) on the other side and hang the pipe on the inside of the Stock Exhaust mount? Here are a few pics of what I am thinking.

Does this look ok for what I want to do or do I need to put a rubber bushing or something in there? Anyone have a photo of how theirs is mounted up? Hoping to get this installed tonight so let me know if this is right..

Sorry, no pics... but locating it on the inside should work (as long as everything lines up OK...) however, see the spacer mounted on the inside of the original clamp? Ideally you'll need to make / fit a spacer the same into the rubber mount or you'll never get the bolt done up tight and the mount won't provide proper support for the can.

Thank you so much for the reply. I will get the spacers ordered. Hopefully I can get them before I leave Thursday for my trip if not I might just have to jimmy rig something up for that overnighter.
