Anybody done the IBA Great Lakes 100?

Has anybody done the Great Lakes 100? I've been playing with maps and a calculator and keep coming up with about 2500 miles to loop all the lakes (Watertown, NY to Watertown, NY).

Assuming that I take off time for two sleeps (7 hours a piece) 18 gas stops, six real meals, two border crossings and some extra time that always disappears, I still end up with about 75 riding hours or an average speed of about 33.33 MPH.

Okay, it's a lot of time in the saddle but what am I missing?

Looking for Fall of 2014 so I've got a lot of time to plan. Thanks.
