We have plenty of long, flat, straight, boring roads here...all of them clogged with cruisers loaded down with gremlin bells and ugly old ladies on the back. Nothing to see here, move along...

Just going from brake light, sparks, and possibly the passengers right foot already off the peg, I'd say the bike is already gone in the first pic. Front wheel possibly unloaded due to grinding parts. Saying that, I would have thought that particular bike could have gotten a lot lower before grinding parts. Incorrect/poor fitting exhaust perhaps?

~120 extra pounds hanging off the tail without jacking the rear spring up a couple notches will do that in a hurry.
