Not exactly how they show it mounted, but might work better than the pelican case...

Just curious, but why would you mount it back there and not upfront as designed?

Dana is curious....do you wear your underwear backwards as well? :)

In my experience, that extra weight up high and mounted on the forks makes a very noticeable change to the bike.


On the other hand, if you forget that tail bag is there it can cause an awkward situation when you go to throw a leg over the bike and don't clear the bag

For me and as much as I weigh, that 4 to 5lbs won't even get noticed.
