I commute on this:

[IMG][/IMG]

It has been retired from anything but gravel roads now. But at 183000km the mileage is getting up there. That's why I am slowly looking for a replacement. It is more expensive to run than a car, even doing my own service. However, it does save me at least an hour in traffic each day.

Since this is about the slowest thread in thumpers and we're all apparently happy with our 630's and out riding, how about everyone just start posting pics/videos of where you've taken your 630?

Last trip, Grand Canyon North Rim - 5 days and 700 miles of dirt, camping off the bikes. Absolute hoot. We hit eight 'points' out into the canyon. Scenery was mind blowing.

My friend broke his thumb from a fall earlier. But we didn't know and he kept riding. Next morning we made it to the hospital and they gave us the news.
And his bike was totaled by the insurance company when we made it back home. That was a first day of the seven day vacation. We will be back!

Did he crash a 630? I have a 630 with a blown engine? Maybe he needs a bike or I need an engine?!?

I might be able to help one of you.

Hope you both end up getting things sorted out, regardless.

He rode a TR 650. He replaced all damaged parts. It's like new 600 miles on it. I'm sure he would like to trade it for your 630. Is over at gateway. Just has a Salvage title. But rides like a dream.

Man, sounds like a hell of a deal...mine has 6K on it. If I didn't have one this would be a stand out deal compared to what I've seen. Good luck- I'm sure it'll go quick.

Rode the Michaux DS Ride in South Central PA this weekend. The trails were great! Lots of single track, hills and plenty of rocks! The 630 did great! Check out the videos I uploaded.

There was a bit of traffic in the beginning.

Fast flowing single track with an optional section. I finally caught the 2 stroke KTM guy.

My camera doesn't capture the steepness of some of these hills.

The last optional trail of the day. The rocks were never ending and it kicked my ass.

I put all of my mishaps from the day in one video.
