This year, I handed down my 98 Crown Vic to my grandson. His dad laid the law down about changing the wheels... Time will tell.

not necessarily.
when i got to my first duty station in the military, i came across a guy that had a chrysler lebaron convertible at my unit. the car had 15" dayton true spoke wheels. they were offset so far that you could litterally inspect the brake pads simply by squatting down at the front and looking.

threw me for a loop. when i first saw it, i saw it from the side. i thought it looked pretty decent at first. then it turned.
