uvex

Uvex x-fit rated AS 26dB class 5 which is good for up to 110dB. Plugs that claim 34dB are rating then using Euro standards.

I use the Earmold silicon thingies. Had them for 5 or 6 years and still going well.

I can't use the disposables, I have one ear 'ole which is kinda narrow and no matter how much they're rolled and squeezed they won't stay in. PITA at building sites and industrial places where the rabid OH&S plonkers won't let you in without them...The Earmolds stay in the right pocket of my riding jacket so's I know where the buggers are......

I've tried Earmolds but didn't like them. I could never get them to seal properly for any length of time in my greasy ears.. Now use Howard Leighton Laser lites and use 2 or 3 pairs a day, depending on how many times I stop and take them out, they don't seal as well the 2nd time. these are the most comfortable disposable ones I have tried.
