No metion of jetting ... Anyone run any of these 2-1 setups on a 950? If so did the manufacturer supply a starting point for jetting setup?

I have the 2-1 GPR Rally system on my otherwise stock 950, no mention of re-jetting anywhere (in fact they state it's not necessary).

That said, it's defenitely running a bit lean.

After many tears, bloody knuckles, and a thrown wrench or two my home made 2-1 FMFQ (modified) 2004 950 is finally running decent.

Clips @ 3
IMS @ 2.0 and 1.75
Pre-filter on and K&N style oil/cotton filter
EPC removed, SAS removed, cats gone otherwise stock :p

Feels like clips may need fine tuning but it runs

On my 05 950 I have a 2-1 with a ti Remus and a prefilter. Stock jetting and it runs great.

Yes.

Mine started with 148 and 152 mains clips at 3.5 and was stupid rich. Had other issues too, but it got me from southern cali to central cali on one cylinder. Haha... That was the WORST ride over the grapevine @ 1 am I have ever been on.

I didn't see anyone mention whether or not the FMF Q4 Ti cans will handle the heat and pressure from a 2 to 1 conversion.

The Q4 is a popular option for the 2-1

I have been running the FMF Q4 Ti and a 2-1 on my 950 SE-R for over 4,000 trouble free miles. Many miles were at highway speeds, no issues and running H2W Jetting (thanks Ken).
