Did you use Paypal?

One of my Co-workers paid for the Boring Rally and didn't schedule the time off for it, and is now going on a job in Mississippi.. Not sure if he can get his rally fee back, but then again, it's not my money..
I'm just wondering if he can give the rally entrance to someone else? I know others who are going and haven't paid for the rally fee..

I'm going to be up there on two weekends before while on vacation.. Planning on doing a Harbor tour and sitting at Grandma's and watching the 1000' ships come in while sitting on the deck, eating nachos and drinking beer.

A deep fried pepper burger at Pickwick might be in my future, too..

I'm getting confuzzled between rallies and threads. I did use paypal for the 'stitch rally. I used good ol' fashioned parchment and quill fer the Guzzi rally.

And I was referring to the Guzzi rally when I said "get me a beer", but the "get me a beer" holds true fer the VBR too.

I know you will get me a beer, because you are so nice and friendly and all that.

Right?

Right?

Hello?

Workers needed

Is anyone interested in working the Trials event? We are looking for people to help check and score at the sections. and whatever else needs doing. the usual free admission, T-shirt, lunch, and free admission for friends or family. It takes lots to put on an event like this. We are fortunate to have it at such a beautiful location.

So if you ever wanted to get up close and personal this is your chance. Shoot me a pm if your interested and we'll get you set up..
Later, JIM

I'll prolly just go for a ride. Delta Diner is quite likely to play a part in that.

And Wednesday night, I believe I'll be having pizza while sitting on the deck of the Keweenaw Brewing Company in Houghton, with a delicious beer or 8..

Oh look, there's a 6 pack of Pick Axe Blonde in my fridge right now.. I should sample..

You must own stock in the DD the way you pimp the place.

Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Working on my poem.

There once was a man from Nantucket......

I suck at poems.

There was an old rider from near Waldo,
Who smoked his Boxer's final drive like they all do.

To the dealer he went, to see what was bent.
A claim was made;
That will not be paid;
Because mud was packed in the drive's vent.
