Not sure if I can get it put together this year.
That campsite is real close to being underwater right now, it's been raining for days.

I have not seen dry pavement since I got home Thursday.
Of course no matter when it's planned, if there are tents and motorcycles there will be rain.

Pnoman, what time were you thinking about getting to Rella's next Saturday? The earliest we'll probably get away from Laurel Fork will be around 10 which should put us at Rella's around 1.

I'm thinkin' folks will be staggering (and scootering and possibly swaggering LOL) in between noon-ish and 2-ish. It would probably be good if we all don't walk in the front door at the same time.

Just don't get there after DuckWV if you're expecting to get any pie.

I can smell the pies

Weather is looking good Saturday - mostly sunny, only 20% chance of rain.

I'm calling Rella this afternoon to let her know we have about 20-25 folks coming for lunch Saturday. It's not too late to add your name to the list. I'll check it again before calling her.

See y'all there between noon and 2pm-ish.

Please keep in mind - Rella is a hard-working Great-Grandma who would rather cook and clean 7 days a week than take public assistance (welfare). She could use all the emotional and financial support we can offer.
Please - remember to tip generously.

I called Rella this afternoon. She is looking forward to seeing everyone.

BTW - Would one of you "southerners" grab the WV Tag and bring it with you?

Mike did you forewarn her that another group will probably be coming in on the 7th?

I'm on the "in" list twice for the 17th, but I'll only be coming once. Or, who knows, maybe I'll come back for more pie after riding around a little.

Does Rella sell whole pies, or just slices? I like pie.

Yes, I told her about both dates.

I'm sure she will cut you a good deal on a whole pie. If you have a request, it might be good to call her today and "reserve" one: 304-493-6658.

Sorry I listed you twice. Fixed.
