I have only been there once to scout for a trip. It has the best trail views I have ever seen. My favorite trail was the golden stairs although knarly in places. Union City has some cabins with trail access.

No real plan yet other than to get 3 full days of riding in. Most of us will be on plated bikes and some may not be. Everyone is a skilled rider and we all will be riding small bikes.

I'm looking for suggestions on.....

Camping spots - We will probably drive up in our trucks and tent camp this trip. Campgrounds with showers would be nice.

Motel -Might be an option If there is a cheap motorcycle friendly place nearby.

Trails - Looking mostly for some tight single-track, woods and scenic views. Whooped out crap or fire roads is not what I'm looking for, got plenty of that around here.

Eats - Any good local place that are a must?

Private guide - If anyone wants to join us and show us the super secret good stuff we would pay you to do so. Payment would be in the form of a combination of beer, Tri-tip and laughter. The laughter will be provided on the trail andd around the campfire, guaranteed.

So what say you? Are there any hardcore riders out there that want to show us the lay of the land?
Morrow County OHV has showers, on site medics, a restaurant and cabins. I thought it was a joke until we went. It is north of Bend though.

Just an FYI, there have been some fires lately that have socked the area with smoke, but at this point it's starting to clear out pretty good. You might call the Prospect Ranger Station and ask if the fires have impacted the riding at all.
