My morning commute......

This is to all the jackasses that own a motorcycle, but can not actually ride. Park your motorcycle, or sell it, and never take up riding again...or you will surely become a statistic. Not to mention you give the rest of us a bad name.
Riding to work this morning, a guy on GSXR goes by, right before I get onto Rt 70. He proceeds to pass a car or two..haphazardly, and then gets down in a tuck position, and goes slower than the speed limit. I finally could not take it anymore, coming into the long stretch before the first Lakehurst circle, I pass the car in front of me and the d-bag riding the GSXR.

I continue on in a normal speed and see no signs of the dude. He then ends up pulling up to me next to the light at McD's. I know the Dbag is looking for a race..which I am not into on the street. He still tries to out accelerate( but doesn't) me coming up over the bridge that covers the train track there, coming down to the second circle heading east. Moron has no idea what is over the crest, so he locks up the brakes and I continue in my normal lane. He then thinks it is a brilliant idea to pass me and the cars in front of me at the yield, waiting for the traffic to stop coming off Rt 37. He tries to go, but stalls out in the middle of the traffic coming off Rt 37. It was like the frog trying to cross the road, with cars dodging to the left and right of him. MORON

He then pulled off into the Shoprite of Manchester plaza and I never see him the rest of my commute. I think he wanted me to pull into there too..but after the Rt 37 crap, I wanted no part of being anywhere around him.

Oh Walt. I have not had the pleasure being on a ride with you yet, but from what I hear, you would not be one to hold up traffic. Nor on a "gixxer".

Doug,
Sounds like you encountered a typical gixxer rider.

No road rage this time?

Western NJ Taggin

GSTOR has been off the charts awesome IMHO... Many of my old stomping grounds been featured of late...Doc mentions Wertsville Rd and Zion on a sunday a.m. ride...I would be coming up from robbinsville winding my way thru wwest windsor on back roads out to Quakerbridge Rd...Over Rt1 and work my way up towards Princeton...get on Carter Rd and head up to Hopewell then up and over the Sourland mtns(hills) and connect up with Wertsville Rd...ride that east til it terminates at Amwell Rd...then run into Neshanic Station and take River rd past that white bridge that I tagged on Elm st in Neshanic Sta. and up to rte 202...a great a.m. ride or even a late afternoon ride as well...especially in the fall...even though theres more open country down here in NC it isnt as pretty (to me ) as NJ...if I could find good employment there I'd go back...as much as I like it here I've had enough of it...Jonesin' for Joisey

LOL..me or him Tom?

After I saw all his stupidity, I wanted to be no where near him. He is the kind of Ahole that does something stupid and it ends up taking out the wrong people.

Man. Just had one of those unplanned killer rides with my friend Bruce. Just hitting all these dirt connectors. Legal ? Not exactly. But tolerated just one way and once a year ! Lol

Hey, me too! Club ride with Bruce this morning to the Greenwood Lake Air Show:
http://www.greenwoodlakeairshow.com

We were so close to Red's tag we could have walked there:

This guy, Kirby Chambliss, was pretty spectacular in this Red Bull plane:

This guy and a beautiful girl flew out of the sky on body-wings:

And this guy flew a jet that was no larger then a full dresser Harley:

Neat 90 mile ride up into NY from The Crossroads, then circling back to Greenwood.

New Favorite NJ road....

On the way back from Greenwood Lake, let the GPS find the backroads. It took me on this:

Powerville is now my new favorite road in NJ. Absolutely beautiful sequences of sweeping turns with great sight-lines. Better then anything in Sussex!
