How do I change XR650R to DC power? partslist?
I need some help. not an ace about automotive electrical by any means.
the XR650R is a simple machine with a low output stator, no battery, AC system. I need to convert to DC power and add a battery.
What all does it take to do this job?, and if you have some specific parts info I could really use a Shopping List!

umm, actually, you don't need to install any kits, you just need 1 little thing that is under 5$ cost and some wires, I don't know how to call it on English, but it looks like that
connects like this
all it does is converts the AC to DC, so your front bulb eats 12V AC, you cut those wires, connect them to ~ ~ things and get + - DC from those sticks, then from that + - you can connect back to the bulb and any other 12V device from that same bulb + - wires, easy enough
But the stock stator can't hold much of electrical stuff, a computer fan, turn signals don't use much, they are ok, but something like a ktm fan will dimm out the lights to invisible )
P.S. the stock RR on xr650r only lowers the voltage from 100-400V AC to 12V AC, becouse the usual not led lights doesn't need it to be DC, smth like that anyway, there should be some info about it somewhere =)
