u guys must hav a few kms up on them now

Got 5000km on one on a te630
Was wearing well.Did some aggressive riding and things have changed.The rubbers have worn,some have bulged.Teeth are still good.

same issue i had ....then they will come loose ....i had to cut a trip short because of that ....around town on my street rims im k with it ... but i doupt i would venture to far away

they also seem to be deforming the metal to metal part where there is no rubber

umm, can the rubbers be replaced or do u throw away the whole sprocket when the rubbers wear / fail ???

roughly, how much do these sprockets cost ?

To ride mine still feels the same.The 2 alloy pieces have no play.i will keep going and see how many more km i can get.

I did feel a lil difference in mine will .....but it looks to me like its the same problem with the rubbers failing .....oh well ...mine is still ok but i will be keeping an eye on it ...be my last 1 tho

Don't worry about the gap, that's normal as the urethane is no longer bonded to anything. As for the bulging, I have seen our test parts do this and then return to normal after a couple of days. Let me know if it doesn't though please.

Nice to see you here Ryan.......i hope this new model works for you,alot of fustration i can imagine trying to deal with production issues.....

Stick with it....you`ll get this worked out,,the next batch of sprockets for the XR650L you get finished i want to try one...48 or 50 tooth..

Yep. I'm just waiting for a little bit of refinement and I'll be onboard. These things will be "the bee's knees" when the kinks get sorted out.

I can say Ryan is a great guy and i want these suckers to work as well ....brilliant idea

seems will's is the 1 with the most kms ..so here's hoping it hangs in there

ok, my 45 tooth kush sprocket arrived today, exactly when promised
looks good, will put it on the WR this week
we hav a ride organised for this weekend so looking forward to how it performs
hoping for big things

I bought one a couple of months ago for my XR650L. I have about 200 miles on it both pavement and dirt riding. I have been treating it like the original sprocket, not easy on it. So far so good. I really notice a diifferance on the pavement, smoother power dielivery.
The thing is really light weight, very suprised and the build quility is really good.

so, 460km later, all good so far
instantly felt better / smoother on the bitumen, which included some high speed transport sections
