Nice, I've seen pix of USD fork conversions on the XRL, it looks great!

I took the cheap route; stiffer springs, fork brace & higher oil level for improved damping & much less flex.

After I do my other projects, I may consider doing the USD fork conversion on my XRL.

The stock rear shock/suspension is surprisingly good, I've done nothing to it yet.

LoneStar, you are right, the front end swap makes a big difference. But I can say that my on road comfort has suffered a bit, but frankly, who cares. I only ride pavement to get to the dirt anyway.
