Nice ride today. Took Scarp Road down to Dwellingup.

Some pics

Eugene screamed into Caltex with a spectacular lock-up slide.

SupermanCam at full flight

That's all the pics, but a great day for a ride - Nice coffee at the Blue Wren as well

Great fun out on the bikes today. Conrad the "Gravel Rocket" kept zooming into the horizon kind of sideways in pea gravel. Eugene showed how it's done on tight single tracks. Some peg repairs, a lost then found licence plate, the rockiest hill climb around and a near hit from a hefty roo kept us entertained. Super soaked on the ride home!

BMW Club fundraiser

Hi Guys

Anyone interested in supporting a worthwhile cause?

Kart Racing in Belmont Friday 30 August 6:30 PM

With this event last year the BMW Motorcycle Club of WA raised $1,300 for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

This year the chosen charity is Lifeline.

Really good fun.

Just bought 2 tickets, should be a fun night with a mix of BMW and ADV guys. Haven't been on the karts for years and it's been a tough week so looking forward a Friday after work get together while thrashing on 4 wheels instead of 2, oh and help raise some bucks for a decent cause.

Went through metro road and power line track from Mundering on Saturday. Was quite dry. Not much water laying around in gullies. Most puddles are now dry. Need to watch metro road itself. Pot holes are really deep and sharp sided. Take it easy in the car. Bike will be ok.

GPS Help Needed in Perth

Morning

Apologies for gatecrashing your thread.

I am currently travelling through Dongara and due in Perth this weekend (car and caravan - not on a bike).

Trusty old Etrex shat itself so I don't know where I am.

What the best shop for GPS (handhelds) in Perth or aurrounds?

Thanks in advance.

I have an old yellow etrex and a garmin 45xl in the draw gathering dust. You are welcome to one of them if that suits. No maps installed.

Not too late....pay online and rock up.

Would be great if you can bring a certain photo of a humongous rut in a track somewhere near Mt Palmer.......and I think my bike and me laying close by.

And you can beat Bully in the karts!
