Great event. Fun rides, good educational seminars, lots of fun on street or dirt.

Glad I went, though the ash and smoke on the ride up hw88 gave me second thoughts. Second day in particular the ride east of Minden was beautiful and mostly dirt! The 50/50 ride the first day was fun too except the scenery was rather lost on me since you couldn't see much..

Next year I'll do the Jimmy Lewis class, my standing turns suck, esp downhill!

I have a bunch of pics and backstory posted here: http://s.lofifoto.com/p/story.html?s...6e6757433983b4

Fun ride. No mishaps just one flat. We did get strung out a long ways because of the dust , but thats life. It looks like Bodie needs a motel with all the cars that were there. The smoke today is still bad here in carson. I will head east this sunday hopping to break out of it. Any locals are free to come.

Thanks! Dutch Crunch, toasted for extra points. In the background, white, also likely toasted.
