What do you guys think? Ride height is taller than I initially wanted, but it is the lowest I can go, while still maintaining 95mm shock travel and then a small amount of clearance extra.

You need to see where your steering rake is. RD's already handle well. If you steepen the steering head angle much you'll end up with twitchy steering.

Was thinking the same thing. See if you can get a rough estimate and compare it to the stock setup.

Dropping frame off at the welders in a few minutes :)

Today I made a bracket for the licenseplate and taillight. Might be too much for the tail vibrationwise.

Need bushes, exhaust and airfilter mainly. Then I am on the road atleast :)

This conversion went easier than I anticipated.

By the look of it your bike will handle very poorly, the CG is about 50mm too high, the steering angle is too steep, and the rear suspension squat geometry is far from ideal.

The stock TS bikes handle relatively well, so wonder why there is a need to make modifications that will mean its not as good as stock?

It's a common modification, it works.

Ok.................but wonder if it might not work better by fitting more modern front end, and some quality rear shocks

The monoshocking is drawing out. I am changing the framerails so I can place the bike lower.

So attention has changed to wheels. Here is a set of aluminium rims!

You are so funny Lasse

You change direction more often than the wind ...... I mean that in the nicest loving way .......... It's like you are building 10 bikes and I am loving every minute of it

With my 350 build, I'm promising myself to just follow one course, one direction. Problem is I can't decide which direction to go ........

Better clean up that sink before mama finds out what you've been doing!

The aluminium rims didn't work. They were made for 1 cross, while the RD has two crosses. So the contact point of the nipple would be too far off.

I moved most of the bike the 100km to my new home today.

Trying to mock up the new location for the rearshock. Adding 25mm. when it is on the mainstand, so that the wheel will clear the ground. Found another guy to weld my frame. I'll take it to him on tuesday I think and see what he can come up with.
