It is running but far from finished, still needs wiring harness sorted out, tires, & misc other niggles sorted, so it should be ready for a proper shake down run within a month or so, I can say the EX lump is potent in this chassis:)

Yes there were a lot of problems the EX lump is physically bigger than the space available so I had to get creative to shoehorn it in The tank had to be raised up over an inch to clear the valve cover & the radiator was another tight squeeze, but all the hard work is done, all in all it's been a fun project so far, I can't wait to put some miles on it:)

Your son will love that project. My son is three and he is always asking if we can work on the motorcycle. Just watch out where they stick those screw drivers when working on a water cooled bike.. Haha.
