Too bad you didn't make it d00d... you would have been the 4th person named Mike of the bunch!

IHF can sure put a ride together, can't he

IHF does know his way around Tellico!

I wish I would have had enough time to take a leisurely ride through Deal's Gap. Maybe next time.

Riding LBL -No plans, just wandering around until it's time for booze.

Slow morning - here are a few more from the weekend.

Our leader - big ups J!
Waiting on the last 2 headlights to come up the hill.

Witt Rd Connector, last trail, last hill climb of the weekend in the rain.

Ohhh a little crossed up at the top?

Pete and DR.Z on 81, narrow and flowing - 2nd fav of the weekend. Love when something is on the line (like falling down a cliff).

Fun creek crossing. Last effort we all took different lines.

Ya know we're all there to ride but a huge part of it is also the fellowship.

Buck Bald team photo. Where are those jumping pix?

Thanks for another great weekend!

RIDE ALERT

Carter Mountain Riding Area
10 miles south of Winchester, TN

September 21st

Cost $25

The good folks at the Carter Mountain Riders Assoc have agreed to let some "non-members" come ride their club property for $25 per day.

September 21st is the last day to ride before they close for hunting seasons.

Carter Mountain is mainly single track with 2 or 3 fast flowing loops - and then some more rough / back country loops.

Loops range from 8 - 30 miles.

This is a GREAT opportunity to ride miles of singletrack at a fraction of the annual $200 membership cost.

If anyone is interested - speak up FAST. You will have to mail me a check or paypal me. You will have to fill out the membership form and we have to get it to them in ONE WEEK !

Does anyone here fix computers? I have a desktop (Dell 8?00) that got a virus a couple years ago. I couldn't fix it myself, so I just shelved it and use the laptop now. But I need to use some of the software (Delorme and Office) on the desktop now, and would like to have it working again. Shoot me a PM if you or someone you know can help. I've spent several hours fiddling with it and I've given up, so I'll need to take it to whoever can work on it.

UPDATE - CARTER MOUNTAIN RIDE

For those guys who are going - Slight change of plans on how to pay. To make matters easier, go to THIS LINK and print the membership form. Send it in with the $25 check. Put a note on there that you are signing up with Jason Murphy. They will mail you your stickers. Much easier and timely this way. They are VERY strict on allowing people on their property. No sticker = no ride. So don't wait to long to mail your stuff in. Mine is in the mail today.

JEV - I wish I could ride on the 14th. This weekend (LBL) will be my 4th ride weekend in a row. If I don't stay home next weekend on the 14th .... well I'll be able to ride every weekend after that If you can get some buddys together to go - then go ahead on the 14th. Just mail in your app and check like us.

IYA - No worries bro - we'll be riding dirt all fall / winter. The "real" off road season us upon us

Who wants to ride trail 3 with me?
