Getting closer. not sure about the placement of the tie down loops yet and will try a few set with them fitted on the lid bevel's to see how that works or may build something new to use.

this is the mid-size set, 37lt and 32lt with the exhaust cut.

they will come in 3 sizes

Small 450Long x 380High x 190Wide about 31/26lt

Medium 450Long x 380High x 225wide about 37/32lt

Large 450Long x 380High x 260Wide about 45/40lt

Finished the three different sizes. Next week after the horizons meeting I will start to build a few more sets and post up a list of bikes I have pannier frames to fit these to.

Mtd great racks

I have been using MTD racks on my DR.
I really liked how solid they looked when I was fitting them.
I like even morre how solidly they preform after 20,000km of big luggage load and some pretty corrugated tracks.
They work very well with Andy strapz panniers too.

Hi Locky. Just wanted to say I!m really loving my panniers. Did some seriously dusty tracks the around Lightning Ridge the other day and it was great to pull out my gear all clean. The quality of the whole setup is excellent and they look great too. Thanks mate.

Any update on the 1200gs crash bars?

Cheers,

Oliver

I'm liking these new panniers. Is there anyway to get a Super Tenere set to me in Yokohama Japan for cheaper than the $280 you quoted me earlier?

Great panniers

Locky I am loving the bullet proof classic panniers I got from you for the new WC GS. What is that fuel system you have strapped on the back of the pannier and do you sell them? Cheers AB

I do sell the 3lt fuel bottle and rack with straps but right now I only have one rack here and no bottles, last order I placed I asked for 6 sets and receiver two and there gone, I get what I can.
I have a few of the single and double bottle holders here.
$32.00 Single bottle holder with straps
$42.00 Double bottle holder with straps
$70.00 Fuel bottle 3lt with mounting bracket and straps

Leave for Thailand for a month on Friday 15-11-2013 for some riding, (may even do some on a bike this time) I will be back on the 16th December and will be taking a list of what I have in stock and my trusty lap-top so can still keep up with things as best I can. If someone needs luggage I should be able to arrange it to pick up or send out as soon as I get home, also have a shit load made to get to the powder coater before I go so its ready when I get home.
