Tune up for the sandblast

Check into the Pine Barron 300 on the northeast thread after ridding this you will know if you still want to ride in the sand all day I have been thinking about this one myself. On the rally even if I did not ride I would be up for support. AB

I have four railroad ties I can donate to a trials course. Also free. Good or Bad home is ok.

Depending on scheduling, I'm interest in support. Have pickup truck, will travel.

That would work! Except the drive from Norfolk to Spotsylvania is a hell of a haul with a load of rocks. I'm going to start the project on Sunday and will be in touch. If you still have them when I get the area cleared, we might figure out a way to do it.

My famliy lives in the western end of Hanover County (Montpelier) so I am up that way on occasion. I am sure we could figure something out if you are interested in getting them and nuggets' railroad ties. I'll post up a picture of the rocks when I get home tonight.

That does look fun! Looks like a cross between a trials bike and a mountain bike.

Reminds me of this moped thing I saw on motorcycledaily(?) a while back..

k, here it is:

36mm socket

Hey guys. Like what Charles and Eddy did with their F800's, I am going to drop to a 15 tooth countershaft sprocket on the 800 XC. I need a 36mm socket and possibly an impact wrench to remove the retaining nut. Does anyone here have a 36mm socket? Hopefully I can get it off by hand as I don't have compressed air at home. Thanks and fingers crossed.

DM, I think I've got both. I'll be home Monday, and will be around all week if you want to drop by and knock it out. You just have to be brave enough to come down to P-town.

I've got one too (36mm 1/2" drive) but my impact is a POS. If that won't do it can always step on brake and put a big cheater on it.

Maybe we can make a trade, socket for chain rivet tool? (got a new ZVM on the way)

I got a chain tool recently (Motion Pro PBR) you could borrow. It does quad stake or hollow nose type.
