Wasn't someone making motorcycle vests a while back that were styled like bulletproof vests?

I love their dirt bikes, too, but if I can get a WR for $1500 less before any negotiating begins, I'm not sure that the KTM is worth that extra $1500. At least to me. Especially if I've got to haul it an hour for the dealer to do any service I might not be able to (and then drive another two hours round trip to pick it up). I'm 10 minutes away from the local Suzuki-Yamaha dealer and 15 minutes away from the Kawasaki-Honda guys.
It is fucked-up that KTM & TRIUMPH don't go to the show's, I'll give you that. But as far as ad's go, have you looked at an issue of CYCLE NEWS in the last couple of years?? As for comparing the dirt stuff from EUROPIA to THE LAND OF THE RISING SUN, 250's & 450's, they both have great bike's, just depend's on one's taste. Now if you want a 525.......??????????????
There's only one continent to visit.
Living close to a dealer only matters if the bike breaks...................ALOT!
Granted that if the closest KTM dealer was 200 miles from me, I would not even think about getting a dirt bike from them. The 950, well that would be worth the trip no matter how far one had to trek
