thanks. problem is not so much with the bolts as they are hidden. it's the nuts that are the problem. haven't found anyone that makes very small security nuts

Yeah, never seen a security nut. I guess that's what insurance is for.

What about a very small tack weld on the threads?
Yeah, it makes it a PIA if you ever want to remove it.....but a thief
Will only be able to get it if he's string enough to break the fastener.

hmmm, but then again your entire HB is held on with four bolts and a bunch of easily cut wires. . Surprised more of these aren't stolen.
