ok dumb questions from a "never been to this event before" guy
1)this is just sign and ride no preregistration?
B) roll chart, GPS, all arrows, how is it navagated?
trace)whate is the route like? 2 track, single track, dirt roads, just wondering what to expect and weather to slip on fresh tires.

I help the club with this one...so....
Answers:
Always have good tires in Ohio. ( knobbies)
You will have a mix of everything. A lot of nice singletrack, double, back-roads, etc. Some pavement, but as little as possible.
This will be arrowed very well, and you will get a roll chart for each day.
Sat will be close to 100 miles, Sunday a little less. (two diff courses)
Saturday night food= Superb.
Must be an AMA member ( can get that at sign-up), since it is a national DS.
It is a good time.
See you there.

In years past the gas stops have been around 50-55 miles.

There is plenty of places to tent camp, and also some electric site hook ups. What kind of questions do you have?

How can I reserve an electrical hook up for camping? Or is it first come, first serve?

Showers/toilets at the campgrounds?

Mike

There are showers and toilets at the club grounds. Not sure how to reserve an electric hookup, maybe just get there early enough on Friday.

2T guys...I have been fine on my 300XCW in the past, and even ridden this event on a stock tank clad YZ250. I tend to ride with a whiskey throttle too, so I would have some confidence in your range. See everyone there, weather is looking perfect

only a work week away. I will be there with my XT (ADV sticker on front fender), Chevy 2500 (black crew cab), and 18ft trailer (black car-mate with awning). everyone stop by and say hello. this will be my first real live organized dual sport ride.

do I need a route book thing or is the trail marked?
