I missed this year but I've already got my hotel booked for Barber next year. I'm hoping to ride in the trials event with my 1974 Honda TL250 that my parents bought me when I was 13 yrs old for $75. I've got a year to practice

Sidecar wreck

I don't know if they saved that one but I saw a sidecar crash where the female passenger had to be carted off in an ambulance. Has anyone heard of her condition?

Thanks for posting the link! I saw it happen through my spotting scope. I was sitting on the hillside across from the turn. I don't have much but will send a few $$

Is there anywhere else on here we can post the link?

That was a nasty crash. A different rig spun. He did everything he possibly could to avoid the spun rig, but clipped the spun rig with her. That is what it looked like to me at least. I can't imagine being in his shoes. He must feel awful.

Thanks for posting up the link. I tossed a bit their way.

Probably not the place, but why didn't insurance cover the accident? Due to racing? I have heard rumors of this but never looked into it as I presently do no track rding.

Hope all is well and she has a fast recovery.
