Very nice, let us know if you find a retailer.

screen angle setting

I don't know what others have found doing this, but I find that adjusting both my Cee Bailey on my 2012 and my original OEM screen on my 1150GS that flattening out the screen ( least vertical position) actually lowered the amount of buffeting at speed. If you haven't already tried it,.
Seems counterintuitive that a more horizontal sceen would be smoother, but I swear that putting the adjustable screen to its lowest height setting makes thee air flow smoother over the top of the screen and results in less wind noise and buffeting just behind the screen. Won't hurt to try before spending $ on a new or different screen.
Of course, YMMV.

Good luck finding a comfortable setting or sceen,

Curt

Doesn't really work that way on the GSW.

Thanks for the heads-up!

Has anyone tried the Touratech High Windscreen for the GSW?

Would be most interested to hear how others find it... I'm about 180cm (6 ft) tall.

Thanks in advance!

I bought a Calsci medium and it works well for me. I'm 5'11" with 32" inseam. Screen vibrates in halfway position at 75mph or higher but in full up or down position no problem.

May

My Dealer told me the new 14GSA will be arriving in May. So If you put the order in, they will probably arrive at the same time. Im in Mexico so your dates will vary.

I am not experiencing any buffeting, I am simply interested in raising the pocket of quiet air a few inches. I have a 2300 mile trip scheduled the first week of November, so I'll give it a real test and report back when I return.

I appreciate all the replies, they have been most helpful.
I used the Laminar Lip for 29 days and 3,000 miles and am returning it in the morning. It worked very well moving the pocket of quiet air higher, just not high enough. With my shield up on my helmet, only my forehead would get a wind blast, bugs, water, etc ... when using the lip. I'm considering trying one of the touring screens. I appreciate the Laminar Lip folks being gracious about honoring their 30 day trial offer.

RevZilla carries Puig screens - they don't list one for the GSW, but I'll call them tomorrow to see if they will stay to carry them.

I bought the give high glow screen. It's about 40mm wider and 170mm taller than the stock screen.

It's well made and does the job. I don't have it set on the highest setting though, but may try that if it's wet
