In!

I'm not sure how I'll pull this off, but I've got time to figure that out. Probably tent site, maybe RV. We'll see

As this is a noob ride...there tend to be a ton of questions....do be shy about posting them here vs. PMing Joel.....Odds are someone will jump in with an answer....

Remaining flexible also gets rewarded....there is a lot of time between now and the event....things open up........

Also I have heard that Ersin can be bribed with farkles

Full hook up for Beatsworkin'
Full hookup for CrankyTony
Tent site for Spafxer
And tent site for DocSupple together is fine

hi jd and others.

yes, we booked the entire accommodation of the resort. all hotel rooms and entire campground (RV and tent sites).

it is best we make this a private event. sharing the campground with other groups with different interest or unruly behavior could become an issue. for peace of mind, security as well, many of us don't feel comfortable leaving our campsites with valuables to people loitering around who are not part of our group. thus, anyone who is not a participant should not be there in the campground.

generally, we have pleasant experiences in the past, i don't foresee a problem, however taking precautions is good to have too.

the drawback is we have to pay for all sites from thurs to saturday regardless it's filled up or vacant. camping fee for us will be more on this event in comparison with a regular weekend. that explains when people wonder why camping is more $$ during the noobs rally.

motel vacancy dibs

we have 1 person waiting for a room and 3 people for a 2 or 3 bedroom unit.

please no more dibs. if there are more availability, ersin or i will announce it here and you got to act fast.

a week or 2 before the event, we will all be paying attention to the weather. you can check out this thread for updates. if you happen to do a prerun, post them here and there in that thread.

I'm in for a hookup site. The higher the site number the better. I'll send payment as soon as I see the specifics posted.

Thanks!
