Denver gave me a little bit of a scare for a bit, but then reality kicked in.

I like how the dback was looking at the QB to catch him after the interception.

Victory was never in doubt. I had hot, buttered popcorn off the stove before da Bonk's first possession.

Besides that, Woodyard was back.

Not me. I was screaming at the TV for that smug jackass to stop showboating, and actually get into the endzone....... before tripping over his own feet and fumbling the ball..........

The game last Sunday reminded me a lot of when we played the Chargers last year on October 15th. The Chargers scored 24 points unanswered before half time then after the half starting from 0 we put down 35 points unanswered to beat them with an amazing comeback. The game last Sunday wasn't quite as glorious but seeing RGIII getting hit over and over made up for it.

You don't like RGIII? I think he is a uniquely intelligent guy who is great for football. He seemed to have hurt his other leg somewhat, but I hope he is OK. He fought to come back from his injury of last year.

Agreed...seems like a first class guy off the field too. I used to enjoy watching him play while he was at Baylor, and I'm not much of a college football fan.

I have nothing against the guy but part of my enjoyment watching football is the violent impacts inevitable in every game. Of course I wouldn't enjoy watching Peyton getting hit hard but I'm a Broncos fan not a Red Skins fan. In that game RGIII was the receiver of most of the obvious hard hits.

On a side note, it's either an odd coincidence or more likely an intentional pun that Papa Johns is now airing a commercial where Peyton get's called for holding (a pizza of course in a Papa Johns). He got called for holding in the game last Sunday which is a call very rarely made against QBs for obvious reasons. He did it to try and save a fumble but we didn't recover it.

I hope they hit Phyllis Rivers at least twice as much when they play S.D.

Could be he just got dizzy thinking about the Chiefs? At least I hope so and after a little rest he gets to sparking again. Del Rio is a good coach and will give Fox the support he needs.
