Jimmy's basic drills are good, I've been practicing his methods for a year and a half.

Great spot for practice. Sito's wash is great for training. Post up the next run, my cobwebs are growing rust.

Noob and intermed training ride

I'm in for any training ride. It takes about an hour in the dirt before I get my "dirt legs" and start to trust the tires to hook up. I"d like to find a patch of dirt near Santa Monica where I could do drills. I started riding when I turned 63 and took off on this trip: www.trippinwithrickclick.blogspot.com with a TW200.
