Stella Spares

What spares should I be carrying with me on my stella on longish rides? I'm thinking inner cables for clutch, gear and throttle and a few plugs. Should I need anything else? A spare tube perhaps?
I've got to figure out which cables it is that I need to order, I'm a bit paranoid about breaking down and having to have my wife load up the kids to come get me. That would make for a very unhappy wife.
