950-990 exhaust question

Hey if anyone has a 950-990 muffler laying around that could measure the inlet size and overall length for me that would be great. I have a new husky terra 650 and was contemplating useing the dual fmf's from a 950 if I can make it work since there's not much in the way of aftermarket. Thanks

I have an OEM/stock one at my shop I can measure up if that will work.

It might be a day or so before I get back there tho.

OK here it is. The stock anchor silencer.

All dims are in inches so the measurements will be a bit wonky as it's built to metric tubing etc.

Over all length 19.5"
Outside diameter 4.73"
Inlet inside diameter, or the actual hole 1.55"
Outlet tube inside diameter 1.10"

I also measured the tube leading to the silencer. 1.65" OD or (assuming .040" wall) 1.57" ID.

If you need I have a few KTM tubes along with flange rings etc laying around.

The inlets on the KTM Adventure mufflers would be a pain to hook up. You'd be ahead to just get two Q4 mufflers from a dirt bike which have inlet tubes you can work with.

Thanks for the info guys... Best I can tell where it will mount is 1.8 inches outside pipe diameter... The pipe on my ktm 250 is much larger so I guess I will have to find a muffler closer to the right pipe size than a 950...
