Thanks Eben! That story is a real pick-me-upper. Warmed my heart to read about the joy you're experiencing as I reminisce about my own children at that age, which to me, is not really all that long ago. But the biggest part of my joy was the joy and development of my kids. And yet still, in a different perspective, that remains the case now that they are autonomous adults in new families of their own making. So, well done sir, and continue making every day a day of pleasant memories. God bless!

You are more than welcome. I have had some great feelings from this site but I have never been this happy!!!! You know how I feel about you and your family. Love you guys. Had a great time drinkin/chatting with your parents at BWDR. I won't tell anyone the YZ80 story.

My nieces learned to ride on that Z50 when they were Ellas age too. Pulled them in the snow on a Boogie Board. Used it to pull my drag bike to the starting line and back from the finish line.. So many great memories on that one little bike. I bought it from a guy I call Uncle Rick. He's actually the Uncle of some of my best friends and his kids learned to ride on that bike as well. I'm friggin giddy to see it keep spreading joy! Can't wait to see you guys again. Tell everyone I say Hi including Rick and family.

Don't forget. I get first refusal if you ever decide to sell it.

That was awesome! WHat a neat story and a perfect example of why this place is such a great community of all ages and perspectives. May your children ride on to many more victories in the future making you proud just like your father

That reminds me, after the post of the bikes inmates bought from each other, it hit me I bought my XR650 from Coal Run. At the time, I was not an inmate, but soon after, I met many of you at the first Catherder campout, Skippii's post for which I stumbled across on this site the day before then came unannounced. I was floored by the welcome and hospitality and the calibre of the group, then shortly afterward registered to become an inmate. Thanks brothers!

MMmmmmm......tuna melt pizza pie! I know most people didn't care for them, or are a bit puzzled by the concept, but I actually kinda liked them. What's harder to believe is that I allowed Skippii to borrow my bike to run back to Harrisonburg to pick up a few things that he'd forgotten!?
