Nice tag, iBiker. Keeping the Veterans' theme is timely.

Now I just need to find time to ride. I'm going right by this tomorrow, but I'll be with the wife in the car.

(Sad about the car part, not the wife part. Really!)

I thought I was retired too. But in order to pay bills and eat, though, I work as webmaster at a car dealer about 15-20 hours/week and as organist/choir accompanist at Wesley Methodist Church in Morgantown. That, plus taking care of my parents (both in their 80s) and trying to pack the house for our move to Morgantown next month (doing 90% of the move ourselves), and performing as guest pianist with the WVU Wind Symphony next week, well.... you get the idea.

Oh, yeah, I almost forgot the "honey-dew" list.

Subtract bathroom breaks and sleep from the remaining time, and voila, I have about 14 minutes a week free.

Although, I could almost grab this one in 14 minutes. Bwaaahaaahaaa.

Sorry - not much time for a long haul. Had one hour to take the bike up to our new home, so I stopped along the way.

A quiet getaway in a large crowded institution of higher learning.

THE MONEY SHOT.

Clues.

View of turnoff.

Mike, nice tag. Know where that is but obviously too far for me. More importantly, sounds like the deal with the house went through okay, so congratulations on your new abode!! Guess I need to delete/change the address in my GPS, huh?

All the best for you and yours through the holiday season.

Thanks - nice to hear from the OP. It's about as close to you as we can get.

Thanks, Guy. Yes, last week I was emptying paint cans at the new house and this week there is a crew stripping out all of the carpet so they can sand and refinish the beautiful oak flooring that has been hiding under the carpet for the past 40 years. Hoping to start moving stuff up next week and be moved in by Christmas. Will PM you the new address and GPS. Merry Christmas to you and yours also.

Crappy weather for tagging, but a bump none-the-less.

Bumpity bump

Sunny and 60* degrees today - roads are clear and the snow is about all gone. Thought one of you guys (or gals) would be out and grab this!

Not far for me, but I would have to ride thru Preston Co to get there.
The trip home from work the other night cost my son a new wheel for his car.

Be VERY careful out there.

Amen to both of you! Morgantown had some NASTY potholes (still does) but they finally filled some in, even if it just a temp fix. Down in front of the Mountainlair and the old stadium loop, traffic was down to walking speed for awhile. It looked like the target range for C-130 gunships and A-10s. I hit one in my car a few weeks ago after choir that I thought most certainly would have bent the rim - and I was only going about 15MPH. Ouch! Lucky it didn't damage anything.

Do watch out for tons of leftover salt / cinders on the road too.

It's bad around here. Rt 50 and 72 are terrible.
No exaggeration, I wouldn't even plan on road riding here until some work is done.

My son's 2 week old car. I fixed this with careful application of a BFH.
