$140 US for the OEM kit is a Joke, bad joke

Strange that those fuel filter kits 61007090100 are that much expensive in the US. In europe i pay €65,30 for a OEM kit = $88,61
Which i think is still not cheap but reasonable.

There is a reason for this.

They were going at 96.XX€ a year ago, but they made a price reduction to 65.XX€ . Maybe they realized it was ridiculous, maybe they discovered there is a competitor out there...

I had the bogging problem and need to change out my filter. Anyone know why this kit costs $140? Seems kinda ridiculous to me. I'm almost tempted to clean it and try to reuse it.
