Front brake caliper pin

Hi guys is there a replacement for the original caliper pin that hold the front pads in, it just a pain to use a pin punch every time i need to change pads when swapping over wheel sets.

I have searched to see if there is a setup like the rear but have not found anything yet.

sand paper them a bit and then apply copper grease. No more issues
