my bet is on Coma clawing back a substantial amount of the 1:32" lead that BamBam has at the end of Stage2

lets say he concedes about 30" ?

Honestly, I can't keep up. Especially while at work but mostly at home. It's much easier to do so via my phone and since that is the case, twitter is much easier for me. Besides over the past few rallies, the F5 young guns have taken the reins and run with them here.

I'm thinking they should be in just around 12:30 race time. So, another 16 minutes.

Somewhat depends on how challenging the dunes end up being. Yesterday, Barreda had an average of 105 km/hr. But, today from DSS to CP1 was moving at 114 km/hr.

But Ted, there are also 9 other riders who have fallen out of the order... so she should have some company...

Depeche:

Shortly after the 338 km mark, Italian Alessandro Botturi's systems have sent out a signal stating he is immobile in the first area of dunes on the Dakar 2014. Slightly too far north in relation to all the other competitors, he may have become the first victim of the grey sands of Nihuil.
