To Chaleco Fr4 TV: What are your ambitions?

Its important I get to Chile
its a very very long race
I am in a good strategic position in the first week so far.
I will consider attack in the second week in my country.
Dreaming of Dakar
Everyone has a max speed, 90% of that max speed is much safer and easier, and if that 90% speed isn't fast enough at Dakar, you enter the snowball. - neduro

Fun - not sure if everyone shared that sentiment :

There weren't so many dunes, maybe 50 km or so, but it was definitely a lot of fun and a big mixture of terrains and different type of riding – some technical stuff, then some really high speed stuff. All in all for me it was a good stage. I arrived at the finish in the top seven. They said I was first, so we'll wait and see if anyone else comes in faster than that. I'll be really happy if I take the stage. It will be the first one for me on the Dakar. It's great. The bike was awesome. Without all the work that goes on behind the scenes this is nothing, as you know, so I'm really grateful for the opportunity from Honda and all my sponsors. Hopefully I can carry on in this direction and have a good overall finish.
What could possibly go wrong?

"Used to mishaps, French biker Frédéric Millet has broken down, shortly after the 86 km point of the bike special. He does not think he will be able to repair and is very pessimistic about continuing the rally."

maybe the slow clap will help?

GO, Frédéric, GO!!!

The fact that he started the pre-event thread hopefully built up some rally karma for him.
