It will include a fully prepared LC4-50 rally bike rental [or purchase should you prefer], full spares (including engine, not that we envisage that will be required - but it is there if you need it), a cracking tyre & mousse deal/sponsorship, and full mechanical assistance - plus, and this is the sweet deal for anyone not in the UK - an additional engine/suspension/nav parts package to fit to a 690 Enduro available from March onwards - for a training bike in your own country!

We should have the production engine/s ready at the end of February, then testing in Tunisia in March - then we'll be in a position to offer the package, together with customer engine kits...

Early days like you say, but let's seriously keep in touch regarding this... ;o)

I can imagine the confusion in the Dakar 2015 Entries office - "And what do I do with these two entries, a Piglet and a BlueBull?"

Its raining heavily here in Salta, meaning slippery conditions for tomorrow's stage 7 start @

Is there any consideration or support for the usage of gps tracks for navigation in the future?

Ahhh, rest day for F5 (means honeydo work day for me ) not that I'm complaining. My gal is very tolerant of my F5addiction. She calls herself, as many spouses do, a "Dakar Widow", but at least now after so many years of it, it's not a problem.

Really great posts from Lyndon, thanks! Good stuff from Ned, Jenny, BB and all the F5'ers as always.

Rumors is canceling tomorrow's stage, this gives them a pretty good excuse. I certainly won't be surprised if we hear the notification from the org later tonight.

Not really. As we saw on Stage 5, GPS tracks take the gate out of navigate.
