Sounds like a cool bike! I use Photobucket for all my pics. It's simple. Upload your pics from your camera to your computer. Then upload your pics from the computer to Photobucket (it's free). Copy the photobucket link then paste in the forum reply and the pic will show up.

God I love those old coffin tank Maicos. Just look so industrial.

a 760 single. Damn, My RT1 hurts when it bites back. that 760 would turn your leg to pudding I'd suspect.

My old smoker was just completed not long ago. Bought it mostly to re-kindle memories of my high school riding days as I had one like it back then, Just can't get into dirt riding here in CFL. Sand sucks, I miss the hills and dirt of Nebraska.

Superhunky's review of the Maico 760: http://articles.superhunky.com/4/52

The Zabel 700cc single sidecar MX engine appears to be a descendant of the later model water cooled Maicos.
They claim to make 82 hp: http://www.vmc-sidecars.com/products/products.html

Very nice ride. I know what you mean about Central Florida riding. I was born and raised on the Space Coast and grew up with sugar sand and swamp. Really enjoy dirt riding now that I'm in Northern New England.

Now that's something you don't see everyday--I like it. I had an EN450 and loved everything about it except for the time bomb engine. Looks like you took care of that problem

Here is my '77 yz400d in road race trim. I raced it new for a couple years, and then it sat out back. I decided to try RR in '83 after tearing my ACL mx racing. I did seize it a few times, but damn was it fun to race.

I have one of those, but I think it's a76, and not in road race trim.
