xchallenge 57MM

Ok confirmed my x challenge is 57mm. Would love a set if you have anyway to make them fit.

I'll see what I can come up with.

If there's some interest from a few others I can make them to fit with the 57mm forks directly.

I too have an X Challenge and would like a set on which to mount some Cyclops LEDs.

Please PM me as I don't check here too often.

Thanks,

Brad

Hey Mark! It's Brad from Oregon.
Did you mount the Marzocchis or does your bike still have the stock forks?
Thanks!

Those are beautiful. It would be nice to see them manufactured for the Super Tenere. The S-10 had no place to really mount lights and your design looks like ti could be made further out and forward so larger lights could be mounted.

Any chance of you taking on this project?

The brackets shown are light POS I just bought a set, my cat couldn't stand on those mounts

Bill, yes there's a chance if there's enough interest.

Those lights look like they'd hit plastic if the forks turned at all! Is there really that little amount of room?

Do you have a set of calipers or micrometers you could measure the forks with? The project would have to start there. Once I had the tube diameter I could fab up a cardboard template to mail to you to check fitment or if I could find a Super T locally I could check it myself.

Mainly looking to know if there's a way to mount the brackets and lights and still be able to turn the bars lock to lock and not have the lights touch anything.

It would be great if the Super T had 57mm fork tubes so I could handle the needs of the X challenge guys as well

The picture is misleading the lights hand from the body and are behind the plastic.

Your thread inspired me to do some more thinking about the light bracket that is needed to carry a set of large bright Xenon's for serious night riding.

I see mounts like yours but coming out and up from the fork tubes and then becoming a solid light bar off the front that can carry two or even one significant HID Rally light.

Almost like a fork brace that has light mounts on it in some fashion.

I sent you a pm

OK, I'm understanding the picture a bit better.

What I really need is someone that could bring a bike down for a day. It would be a done deal then.

Any S 10 owners in or near NW PA?

Still have 2 sets of 60mm clamps left. . .

Billet, black anodized badass-ness.

And I'd still like to do some 57mm mounts and S-10 mounts. . .

One set left.

I see a lot of people mentioning interest in 57mm clamps.

How many of you *really* would buy a set if I made them.

Add your name to the list.

1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.

I need at least six of you to be in for sure.
