+1. I have space too...just not a garage. But, have lots of tools and storage capability for old oil.

Thanks for posting this.

WOW that explains a lot. I never new Florida had an escarpment!

Like most things in Florida its old and worn down but its there and explains what we have all noticed and commented on.

Dirt above I10 is different than below. Below I 10 is very sandy. above is more clay and loam. Now I know why. And why the Highest Point is Florida is just below the GA state line.

DS Ride in Perry Mountain

It seems that several of the guys who came down from AL to ride the Trot have come up with a Dual Sport Ride at Perry Mountain MC club to be held April 12 and 13.

There will be SOME single track to pay homage to all the riders over the years who have endured these mountains. Then there will be a normal back roads dual sport for fun and sight seeing.

Plan on this one also... I am. No FEE but the club will accept donations.

If you have never been up there this is your chance to see the South Eastern Mecca of the off road riding world.

I have a question for you Tallahasseeins and thought this would be the best place to post it. If there is a more suitable location for this question please let me know.

I have recently purchased a 1995 Honda XR250R. I was told the bike was originally purchased in Tallahassee at the Cycle Shop by someone named Darren Thompson. I think the bike was tagged at that time because it has lights and two little bolt holes in the rear fender presumably for a tag. I bought it with a bill of sale, but had hopes of finding the title and re-tagging it.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Good luck with that...lots of loop holes. If that was the one for $900 on Craigslist, you got a heck-of-a-deal. That thing looked mint.

There is a better way to plate that thing...much easier way, at that. PM me for info. (totally legal!).

Well after 6 long months I finally got my harley put back together and finished up... only 50 miles on the rebuild but she's good.

Anyone want to ride before I move back to Houston, TX in a few weeks?
