Leo Vince Spark Arrestor Install

Hi guys and gals. I have the Leo Vince LV One carbon fiber exhausts. I'm trying to install the spark arrestor inserts and having a bitch of a time. First off, getting the other inserts out is near impossible. I ended up removing the exhausts and using a broom handle to tap them out from the inside. That worked. However, now when I try to install the spark arrestor inserts I can't get the holes to line up where you put the screw in that holds the insert in. Any tips from other Leo Vince LV One owners out there?

Here's a pic of the cans I have:

Thanks.

I've got the same pipes, and had trouble installing the SA's on mine as well. I was able to install one easily, but then could not get the second one in to save my life. I eventually swapped the SA's between the pipes and they went in fine.

I'm not sure, but it felt to me like each SA went into a particular pipe. You might give that a try first.

I ran into the same problem with my Akro pipes, I found if I ran the bike for a while I could take the inserts out and re-install them pretty easy.

Had same problem. Heat it up the silencer and it will fit better. My biggest issue was getting the bolt to line straight so I dindt screw up the threading.

Thanks for the replies guys. I'll try heating up the exhausts. We'll see if that does it.
