Stock pipes question , sas & epc done

HI everyone, have had so much problems with pipes rotting on my 950 adv, found a full exhaust set on ebay and fitted it no probs.

However I have done the sas and epc mods and now im going back to the standard cans, its firing up and riding ok but is there any problems associated with using the stock cans after the mods have been done? My aftermarket cans are a bit of a mess all the allen heads in the base of them are corroded and would need to be drilled out in order to remove the cans from the old pipes.

My stock cans got extremely hot, so hot they melted the plastic of the bike. I did about 12000 km like that befre I switched to Leovince's.
AndI did have the feeling the cat's were blocked in the end.

Finding the bike really hard to start since using the original cans and sas and epc mods done. Will I cause any trouble if I continue using them ?

No, but you're probably not jetted for them. The old wives tail about plugging the cat's is just that.
